How will my order be shipped?
We send all items via 2nd class post as standard, so they’ll get to you safely without breaking the bank. If you’re in a hurry, you can upgrade to tracked 24 postage at checkout for faster delivery and the peace of mind of a tracking number. (Just a heads-up: upgrading to tracked 24 speeds up delivery, but not how quickly we make your item.)
We aim to make and dispatch all items within 1-2 weeks. However, during busy times like Christmas and Easter, dispatch times may extend to 2-3 weeks.
Need something in a hurry? No worries—just contact us with your order number, and we’ll do our best to help!
How can I personalise an item?
Personalising your item is super easy! Just complete the personalisation details when placing your order.
If you’re after something completely custom, we’d love to help. Contact us with your ideas, and we’ll work with you to design something that perfectly suits your brief.
How do I care for my items?
We use high-quality woods and acrylics, so your décor is made to last. Some designs are more delicate than others, so handle with care and try not to drop them!
Cleaning is quick and easy—just dust or wipe down with a dry cloth, and you’re good to go.
I no longer want my item, can I get a refund or exchange?

How do I hang my new décor?
We suggest using 3M Command Strips (which can be cut to size) to install your items. They’re easy to use and can be removed without damaging your walls—perfect for switching things up as your child’s room grows with them. You can find Command Strips online at places like Amazon or at most supermarkets.
What materials do you use?
We use a mix of high-quality woods and Perspex acrylics, so our pieces are built to last. Each item is hand-finished with care, making sure it’s perfect for your little one’s room.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Stripe and PayPal. At the moment, we’re a small business and can’t offer instalments, but we hope to in the future!
